Effective June 8, 2026 · Content OS is operated by Skalers ("we", "us").

What we collect

Contact details you enter on this site (email, first name) so we can deliver your purchase and follow up about your order.
Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive confirmation of payment and your billing email.
Install credentials (done-for-you only). If you choose done-for-you and opt to send your accounts through our form, those values are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) at rest and used once to install Content OS on your own accounts. You can rotate them immediately after install.

What we do NOT collect

Content OS runs on your own Cloudflare account with your own keys. Your videos, captions, audience, and connected social accounts stay entirely on your infrastructure. We do not have access to your content or your followers.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase, send setup instructions, and provide support.
To manage our customer records in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and send order-related email.
We do not sell your data.

Processors we use

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), GoHighLevel (CRM/email), GitHub (private repo access for your purchase). Each processes data only as needed to provide the service.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing max@skalers.io.
